(Dior. Be iconic)

(the amazing Kate Moss shot by Terry Richardson. She's timeless)

This weeks Friday Song is in celebration of my finished deadline (yaaayyy free for a few days!) and The White Stripes. The band announced this week that they had split up and that now the music belonged to the fans. So I share my favourite White Stripes song

I just don't know what to do with myself. With the gorgeous Kate Moss dancing in the video

Have a lovely weekend

Bride

Everyones discussing Kate Moss's alleged engagement. I don't really listen to the Tabloid's until they are confirmed because you never known what goes on behind closed doors. However I was loving these shots released of Moss today. Im in love with her coat, hat and bag. It's been a while since Moss stepped out in something extra fashionable.

Johnny Loves Kate

Before the beautiful couple that was Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, there was Johnny and Kate Moss. They were incredibly fashionable. Kate Moss is one of my favourite models ever and Johnny Depp is just THE most handsome man, so they were made for each other. Kate Moss is not only an amazing model but she is known for her sense of style. I bought a book a couple of years ago which documents Kate's style from the beginning up until a few years ago, every single trend is covered. The book is called "Kate Moss Style" by Angela Buttolph. I'd recommend it to anyone who is a Kate Moss style fan. There is a chapter dedicated to Kate and Johnny's style so I chose my favourites which you can see below. Can you think of a more fashionable couple?

Topshop Queen

Kate Moss's final collection for Topshop launched today and here are some of my favourite pieces from the collection!

I love this dress, with the bat cape swinged sleeves. Very 70's

This dress was in one of the original collections, and is one of the most popular designs. I absolutely love this design and I can imagine it will sell out very fast. I would try and get my hands on one but at £100 it's a little pricey!

Another cape style dress to adore with amazing embellishment

I love how simple this dress is, the fabric and the cut and the daisy pattern ads something a little different.

This rings reminds me a lot of the House of Harlow collection and is a great piece of statement jewellery.

I've wanted a leopard print cardigan for a while and think this might be the perfect one. The print isn't too 'in your face' and can glamourize any outfit.
I love how simple this jumper dress is! Worn dressed up or dressed down!

Which pieces were your favourite? and will you be buying anything from the collection?

Your either born a Christina, or a Kate

My post title came from an article in this week's Grazia, and it really caught my eye. The article was about Mad Men star Christina Hendricks' amazing figure. There's been a lot of blogging about the body lately and I thought I'd share my thoughts! It's a tricky subject as my body was never really usually an issue until the last year. I was always a size 8/10 and could get away with wearing pretty much anything. I was a very slim build but with a good size bum but all that changed. Out of nowhere I had boobs and wide hips.

So the last year has been a real struggle to come to terms with my new body. I am now a curvy size 12 and I pretty much feel fat because none of my old clothes fit me properly. I'm not saying that a size 12 is fat, but I don't feel confident in my self as I was before. I have to accept that some styles just don't suit me anymore and I can't look at say Kate Moss and think that will suit me (by the way, I don't think I use to look like Kate Moss, I just look at her style for inspiration) So right now I'm in a bit of a style rut, my older clothes don't fit me and I don't have the money to buy new ones (job hunting is happening, I'll be finding out about a job interview I did soon) No matter how many times people tell me I'm not fat, I just feel unconfident. I guess people need to accept their bodies for what they are and learn that we can't mould them into what we want. I need to get out of this so starting in a few weeks I will be posting daily outfit posts and hopefully this will give me the incentive to dress properly for my shape and just experiment with new ideas! I need to embrace my new boobs and curves, after all when I was younger I always wanted to have big boobs like Pamela Anderson! Haha Be careful what you wish for!

Slight exaregation that I look like Pamela Anderson, of course haha
